We use triple dowels to join the rails and stiles together that calls for a stable and superior strength shutter that allows us to expand panels up to 40″ inches with Warranty. Everyone else stops at 36″.

The #1 common problem with shutters is staple failure. Many manufacturing companies will say they use longer staples to prevent this. We are a seasoned manufacturing company, longer staples wont help. We use poplar for our tilt rod which is a better and stronger option to receive staples.

 

 

 

Mortised for HingesMortised for Hinges

A shutter mortise is a must to get a perfect fitting and reduce light gap. A non mortise shutter will create a large gap between the shutter and window jamb which will allow more light to penetrate through. Your doors are mortised, so should your shutters

Primer is applied and hand sanded. High quality finish lacquer is applied to produce a superior finish.
