Custom Wood Shutters Warranty

RRG Custom Shutters structure is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for the lifetime of the original buyer.

Painted finishes are warranted against manufacturer’s defectsand color fastness for 5  years from the original purchase date.

Stain finishes are warranted againsts manufacturing defects and color fastness for 2 years from the original purchase date.

RRG Custom Shutters warrants against installation defects for a period of one year from the date of installation. This includes non-structural cosmetic issues such as caulk lines, light gaps and clearances that may change over time due to minor wall movement, minor foundation settling. This warranty is voided by any acts of nature or acts of god.

RRG Custom Shutters will repair or replace manufacturer and installation defects at our discretion, free of charge. Customers must give normal care and maintenance and shutters must remain in their original opening locations. Manufacturer and installation defects do not include normal wear, fading, moisture damage, misuse, or abuse.

RRG Custom shutters will not warrant shutters with moisture damage. It is recommended that customers do not place wood shutters in sink areas or bathrooms. Constant exposure to moisture will cause crack and swelling in the wood.
